WHY GRASS FED?

Compared to grain-fed cows, grass-fed cows produce whey that is nutritionally superior to grain fed, containing 2-6x more health-beneficial omega-3 fatty acids as well as being richer in key antioxidants like vitamins A and E. Grass-fed cows also contain more conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) which research suggests may help facilitate favorable body composition changes.

WHEY PROTEIN

Studies have demonstrated that higher protein diets may spare lean body mass during weight loss and help to maintain favorable body composition changes over the long haul.
